Could this be true? And more importantly, is this finally the move to turn YouTube into a profitable operation? Google invested over $1.6 billion in the video streaming site almost three years ago, but the hugely successful parent company has made no secret of its troubles turning YouTube into a profitable venture. Now, tied in with the fact that they just re-kick-started the somewhat encouraging Partnership Program, YouTube looks to be right on the cusp of making a dollar.
